THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. Contrary to some customers who wrote all over the internet that the Patio Cover creates loud knocking sounds in the summer heat, I have not seen any of this, not one time. Why? When everything is lined up right, in a 90 degree angle, there is no built-up friction pressure between the acrylic panels, hence no cracking noises. Not during 95 degree days and 75 degree nights as we have right now.

The patio Cover is very easy to assemble, I did it 80% myself, only had help when attaching the uprights to the roof supports (my wife was holding the uprights, attaching the roof support took less than 10 minutes) and installing the panels, which was done in 20 minutes with the help of my son. I had to do some custom installing since I had just a bit of wall to attach it to, but the system is great to work with and allows modifications without taking away from the end result. It looks great and I am looking forward to enjoy it for years to come.
