Replacement Parts

Do you need a replacement part for one of the products we sell? You can obtain these by simply calling the manufacturer of your item and opening a warranty claim with them. We have listed the phone numbers for all our manufacturers below.

If during assembly you find that there are parts which are missing, defective or damaged, you will be provided with replacement parts at no additional cost for up to 30 days after the order date of qualifying brands. Duramax brand products only qualify for parts replacements for 15 days after delivery. Please inspect your product for concealed damages before this time expires to qualify. Pictures may be required to qualify. Any items purchased locally must be approved prior to purchase to qualify for reimbursement.
