separator Whatever you do, WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Versatube will screw you blind if anything unforeseen or unexpected happens! They charge a 15% restocking fee, and they will charge you to ship the item back to their factory! I ordered this product from SFL after having ordered it from another company because the shipping company the other retailer used told me they could not put the carport on my driveway. They said I needed a forklift or a dozen men to help me put it off the truck. Since it was still at their depot, I told them to just send it back to the company as I had neither of those things. I then got screwed over and over again by Versatube as they subtracted the return shipping and a 15% "restocking" fee from my refund. So although I paid $3000 to order the carport, I am getting back a whopping $1400. I am a cancer patient. I'm going through a very lot right now and am only trying to get the carport to make my house more sellable as we may have to sell in the next several months. This whole debacle has made me so upset! Not only do I have to fight leukemia, but now I have to get screwed over by Versatube! Had I known before now what they were going to pull, I would NOT have ordered their product from SFL! I would have gone an entirely different direction and gone with a different brand altogether.
