The shed is nice and was delivered in less than 10 days. Located in CT, it was a lot harder for this senior to prep the land (removed shrubs, grass and lots of stones) and level the block, a good 4 days.

Built the deck to exact measurements, it must be dead on, in size, plumb and level. Do not rush or try to fix that later, can't be done. Built the deck with 2X6, just felt better about the load factor.

Assembled during 85+ temp in direct sun light cause a problem with the plastic being too flexible and the wall would not stand up with one corner in. The only time I need help from my 10 yr. old grandson to hold the wall steady until the second corner was in place. The videos are very helpful and had my iPad on the workbench during the build. I had a 6' table with all the hardware and next-step parts close by.

Struggled a little getting the last roof panel in and had to shim the out side corner to make it work. My arms hurt after working over my head for a full day. Alone, it took me three days, if I had help it would have been 1.5 days.

I see sun light in several places and will need silicone caulking, but that's not a big deal. My neighbor likes it and wants one and for me to help him build it, let me think on that!
