First, I don't think the color is brown, which is what it appeared in the picture. It has much more gray in it, which ended up being fine for us.

We've only had it for about a week, but it generally went together easily, though I am an experienced woodworker with good tools. Though you have to be careful with a drill and make sure the chuck is set correctly, I can't imagine doing this without a drill.

The directions, at times, could give you better hints. For example, when the trusses are put into place, it seems possible to attach things with them in the wrong place by an inch or so--be careful there. I wish I had written down or paid better attention to other areas where I had the same issue, though there were not a lot of them. Door assembly and front peak were particularly tricky. Go slowly here.

I have a large son who helped me and we were fine doing with two people, despite it claiming you need three. I think it would be impossible for one.
