I bought this shed it was delivered out in front of my house. After a couple of hours I moved piece by piece to the rear of my house. I have done all of the labor by myself so far, the last piece for the dormer with the doors is the part I am waiting to get help with installing. Most of the shed is done, I just have to do the roof and loft and I will be done. We haven't decided on a color yet to paint the shed, but that will come in time.

The instructions stated that the pad needed to be the same size, but I purposefully wanted a little bigger pad to have room to work. Shortening the siding and trim was no big deal, and I sealed around the base where I trimmed the siding anyway.

My only downside on the unit was the nails, 15 boxes of nails, I truly dislike nails and had no clue that the shed came with nails instead of screws in the kit. Other than that, for a shed this size 10 X 12, it would have cost me almost twice as much buying it locally, let alone having it installed.
