It was a bit harder to get the corner pieces in, had to use a rubber mallet to get them to snap in the holes. The instructions were a little difficult to understand when it came to putting the metal bars in but it made sense when we saw the video. Video instructions were key in helping put it together. I would recommend watching the videos before trying to assemble it. Makes it go faster that way. All the hardware was there so no missing pieces. It took roughly 6 hours to put together just me and my husband doing it. Love the shed, fits all our outdoor gear including my bike and baby's toys. And I still have room to spare. If I had the space would have gotten the bigger one. I would recommend this shed overall, it will weather great and you won't dent the outside because it is tough plastic.
