This shed serves as my Wife's "she shed". She absolutely loves it! My son and I built over 2 days. We probably spent about 20 man hours in actual assembly. However, I probably spent 5-6 hours reading the instructions and watching videos before we started the assembly. Believe me preparing prior to assembly pays off. I also highly recommend downloading the BILT app and following it along with the printed instructions. It does a great job in showing 3-D pictures of the assembly process. We had no problems identifying the various parts and screws. I know lots of reviewers complained about this. The other point I want to emphasize is make sure your foundation is absolutely level! The instructions hammer this in to you and a level surface will make your job lots easier.
The shed is well made and sturdy. It looks great at the end of my driveway.
