This was the first shed I've ordered online. It took about seven working days and nine total days just to process my order, but once it got shipped, it only took a couple of days to arrive. The free shipping and no tax really save some much needed money. Once the shed arrived, I watched the online video and it really helped to put the shed together. Some of the directions were a little vague, but understandable. Only complaint I have with directions is that why couldn't the manual use the actual part numbers on the assembly pages instead of three letter codes that aren't written anywhere on the bags or parts. Shed went together as advertised and seems to be extremely sturdy. Very pleased with the actual shed.
