separator Very nice shed. It is apparent they put a lot of thought into the design of each part that makes up the shed. All parts and diagrams nicely labeled and the small parts were separately bagged for each step. I followed the nicely detailed instructions closely and voila...new shed. I really liked how the floor was included and was an integral part of structure.

I would guesstimate it took 8 to 10 working hours from unboxing to finish. And that was mostly by myself, with one of my sons (13 and 10) during the times a second set of hands was needed. We put it on an existing brick patio, thus we didn't have to build & level a foundation....so, add time for that if you need to.

It has only been up about 2 weeks so, can't give long term commentary. But it went thru its first rainstorms and nothing leaked!

And lastly, a heads up.... Be sure to follow the instructions that come with your unit. I had pulled up instructions from the website in advance to see what I was in for. But what I found online was slightly different in a couple spots...seems they altered a few parts.
