I purchased my shed last month and I love the shed itself. However the parts identification, assembly instructions and the assembly process left much to be desired. There is a lot of pre-assembly work to be done and the assembly instructions refer to part numbers/letters. NONE of the metal parts (roof trusses) are labelled! Several of them look the same in the pictures/drawings. I wound up having to measure pieces to make sure I was using the right piece at the right time (fortunately the instructions do list the dimensions of pieces which allowed me to do that). When it came to assembling the walls and door panels, again the instructions would refer to a part letter code such as "AGY" but that letter code was not stamped on anything! The wall panels all had PART NUMBERS while the instructions referenced PART LETTERS! I like to think of myself as a relatively intelligent and mechanically competent individual who is good at following directions. I always read the instructions thoroughly before beginning a project and then again at each step, but this was a very frustrating weekend assembling this shed. Once it was completed, I was and am very happy with the product, but the assembly process and instructions are in serious need of improvement. The shed itself gets a 5 Star rating...the parts identification, assembly instructions and therefore the assembly process get 1 Star!
