Just installed this shed, it was delivered quickly and without any damage. It is not packaged in a manor that you can simply install from the pallet, you must sort parts. The bulk installation was completed in 2 days with 2 people and a nail gun. If you are planning on this alone its will take some time. Single biggest complain is with the side walls, there are no footer 2x4 in the design which made the build cumbersome. I would make some changes to the manual whereas the frame is built first and installed like in a regular house then install the siding vertically. The current process makes the walls heavy an difficult to install. Last gap is the height, the spec says 92" that is not to the top of the roof, its 110" tall. Lastly, its a very good shed for the money if you don't want to deal with cutting and making one from scratch. Just plan time and resources appropriately
