We had purchased an Arrow "Oakbrook" style shed about 15 years ago and time and the Florida sun had taken its toll on it, so we decided to upgrade to the Dallas for its taller entry door and more durable finish. Assembly of this shed is not difficult, only time consuming. Follow the directions exactly and it goes together without issues. We found this one easier to put together than the last one because this has an actual frame and the wall panels slide into place where the other one required holding up wall panels as you put them together. The siding style is more attractive than the industrial look of the vertical steel panels of the Oakbrook, and the taller entry door (the biggest reason we picked this one) is a huge improvement over the 5' high "bang your head every other time" door on the old one, while keeping overall height of the structure low enough for a suburban neighborhood. The thicker finish should hold up better though it is only on the exterior of the panels; I wish they would make all panels hot dipped galvanized.
The main issue we had with construction involved the floor kit. On the previous shed we assembled the floor kit and then built the shed on top of it. It kept it about 2" off the ground, not a lot but good enough. The floor kit for this one only provided a base inside of the shed to put plywood on, the frame of the shed is left to sit on the ground. So even with the floor kit you will still need to build a foundation for your shed otherwise it will just be sitting in the dirt. This created quite a delay in construction when we began and then realized we had to go back to the drawing board and build a foundation. Honestly, I don't know what the purpose of the floor kit is, we didn't use ours at all, we ended up rebuilding the floor frame from the old shed. It probably would have been easier to build a wood frame floor or just lay out concrete pavers for a base.
Overall, we recommend this attractive shed for someone with limited space and a limited budget as long as they go into it understanding they will need to build a foundation. My rating deducts one star because of the floor kit but the shed itself provides a good value.
