I had a concrete platform built for this shed between my house & the fence. It was going to fit so snug, there was only an inch on each side to give. Well, it worked! My handyman put it together & it took him 7 hrs one day & 3 hrs the next day. However, he is a perfectionist & actually bolted the shed to the platform (therefore not using the flooring kit). He also used clear silicone caulk on every inch of the shed (including around the entire base of the shed where it meets the platform). I ordered the window too. It adds A LOT of natural light. He also rigged the door so that it is placed on the side of the downward slope of the roof. I read reviews about how flimsy the plastic is, but honestly, I don't think it's bad at all...especially if you have it in area area that's somewhat protected. It is absolutely perfect for my area & I plan on putting my own shelving in there (as it will be my holiday decoration shed). It is air tight & sturdy & I think a great price for the size. The color is great too, it's ivory so it blends well with my brick. Wish I could add my own pics, it really is a great little shed.
