Our Specialty Overhang Oasis 14x10 Wood Storage Shed Kit w/ Deep Eave Overhang combines style, function, and flexibility to enhance your backyard. Its modern gable roof with extended overhang protects the entryway from the elements while adding a unique, contemporary look. Inside, a split overhead loft with a maximum height of 2'1" provides space to keep boxes and seasonal items neatly stored, while 6'4" sidewalls and generous headroom make moving around easy. Built with our SecureTruss system, TimberPrestige premium Eurowood components, and precision pre-cut materials, the shed kit delivers long-lasting strength and easy assembly.The exterior features LP SmartSide panels for durability and comes primed, ready for your personal paint finish. The DIY-friendly design gives you full control over upgrades like flooring (optional FortressFloor system), windows, or shingles, as well as the number and placement of windows and doors. Wide barn doors, measuring 5'4" by 5'11", can be placed on either side of the eave wall for convenience. Upgrade your Best Barns Overhang Oasis Shed Kit with the FortressFloor, a commercial-grade wood flooring system designed to enhance both durability and appearance. This optional floor kit provides a solid, level foundation while raising your building off the ground to protect against moisture and rot. Engineered for heavy-duty use, the kit includes 4x4 pressure-treated runners, 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 16" on center, 3/4" thick 4x8 plywood sheets, and all necessary hardware. Built with premium treated lumber, the FortressFloor is made to withstand demanding loads and harsh climates. Please note that materials are not pre-cut- simple straight cuts are required during assembly. The floor kit ships separately from your building and is delivered by a local lumber dealer, who will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. This flooring upgrade is a smart, long-lasting investment in the stability and function of your new structure.

Our premium roof package includes everything you need to finish the roof on your new shed! Underlayment, drip edge, 25 year warranty shingles and even a ridge vent are all included. Choose 3 tab shingles in black, gray or brown colors to match your home or style. Getting our roof package delivered on site saves you time and work to buy and transport them locally. Plus, we make sure you get the exact amount you need without the hassle of calculating it on your own!

Add optional windows to your shed or garage kit.

Our windows are made of durable aluminum and include decorative, paintable vinyl shutters for each side. They feature lockable frames and integrated screens to help keep both intruders and pests out.

Choose between two sizes: 18"x27" or 18"x36". Both window sizes are compatible with all shed kits. While the 27" high window is generally well-proportioned for a 6'-4" wall, and the 36" high window complements an 8'-1" wall, these recommendations are based on Best Barns design opinion. Final selection should reflect your personal preference and desired aesthetic.

Optional Entry Door

Add an optional side entry door for easy access! Choose either a six panel or nine window steel door. Both door styles include the aluminum threshold and lock set. When selecting your door please choose which side you want the hinges on so we send you the correct door. Door opens swinging toward the inside of the storage building.
