separator My wife and I ordered this building. We put it together in one weekend, and roofed and painted it the next weekend. I had already built a floor frame for it which included a four foot deck at the front. For the most part, the instructions wear clear. My carpentry experience came in very handy. This building is actually 13' 9", so that created a problem, as I had pre-built the floor frame. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome of this structure. It is solidly built, and well engineered. Materials are high quality. Four stars!
