Following the instructions went well - with no real backtracks. It definitely required a second person at various steps. We had fine weather and were able to spread the assembly over 2 days (drilled into an existing concrete base). I didn't note the instruction to secure the front base to the concrete but left it to the end anyway. The only disappointment for me was the roof's ridge cap section which should have been longer - to extend 1/2" at each end past the bolt holes to meet with the plastic ridge peaks. It diminishes the final impression.
