I purchased the 8x5 Lifetime shed based on reviews on this site, and am really impressed. Everything from buying the site online, to the delivery, and finally the installation was great. My tips from the installation:

* Get someone to help. My wife and I did this together in about 6 hours, including the initial counting/sorting of parts. It just makes things much easier to have an extra pair of hands to "hold this", or "press into the back of this while I put the screw in". Some things (like the doors) would be nearly impossible without help. That being said, it went together really easily, and the instructions were great (more on the instructions).

* I noticed some complaints about the instructions, and I couldn't understand the problem. I downloaded the instructions from the Lifetime website before receiving my shed, and thought they were really good (including instructions on building the correct size foundation). Once the shed came, I saw the problem. The instructions included with the actual shed are different, and not nearly as good as the ones on the Lifetime website. Download/print those, and it will be much easier.

In short, I definitely recommend both the Lifetime shed, and Sheds for Less.
