Overall, this is an excellent shed, and it looks great. You can see that a lot of outstanding engineering work was done to design this. There is room for improvement though. Things went well during the assembly. Everything fit together well, all the materials were there, and all the screw holes matched up where they should. I feel like the shed still needs some improvement. Like others have said, the corner wall pieces can be difficult to install. I think the tabs on the wall pieces push down on the edge of the hole cutouts in the floor and don't want to snap in very easily. Only one of my four corners snapped in nicely. The other three, especially the last one, were difficult to align and get in with two people working on it. It helped to insert a small wood block under the floor (as they recommend) and use a large flat-blade screwdriver and push in on the tab, to get it to go into the hole in the floor. As I said, the last corner was the most difficult. I think a better assembly process would have been to start at the left front corner and move to the back. Then, start at the right front corner and move to the back. That way, the panels will line up better together. I don't know if you could actually do that now, or if the materials would have to be redesigned in order to do that. I also had trouble with the doors. They lined up perfectly but seem to be about 1/4" too close together. I have difficulty closing and opening the right door. Also, the deadbolt on the bottom falls out. After all that, I love the shed and as soon as I finished, a two-day rain started. Not a drop inside! Maybe a little moisture seeped in through the floor/wall joint, but no drops from above.
