Hired people to help me and it worked out ok.

Definitely want to build a solid concrete foundation. That will make sure that your very heavy (when filled with belongings) shed has great and substantial footing.

Took my handyman two days and 13 hours to complete with two people total. He stayed on the phone with Lifetime for the better part of the build, especially when getting it square and making sure door was on correctly.

The only challenge -- and still one -- is the front door latch. The shims that are provided got the door to 95% square, but the latch is WIMPY and it doesn't really catch. That said, once you put a padlock through the holes, its all good. It's certainly not a shed door/system that will stop a major thief wishing to get in. It's a plastic door after all.

We are having a 100+ degree week and it seems to hold up. I am anticipating a no leak situation when El Nino comes.
