This shed is great! I built the shed by myself - it took me about ten hours over two days. There were a few areas where it would have been helpful to have a second person, but it's not necessary. I built the floor first, despite the instructions, so that I had a clean place to open the hardware packages and lay things out as I went. DO use a rubber mallet - it was critical to getting the roof pieces in place correctly. The skylights don't let in much light, and were tedious to install, but overall it was easy to follow the instructions, and the shed is beautiful.

One additional note: I did not get the one-hour warning from the delivery company - the truck pulled up as the recorded call ended - but I've never had such an efficient delivery in my life! The driver was able to back the huge truck into my driveway, and put the shed where it could sit safely for several days until I was ready to build it. Less than 7 minutes to get the truck in the driveway and unload the shed!

I would recommend this shed - it's exactly as the description says.
