Ordering and delivery were easy and best pricing around. As other reviews on the Internet have noted, the instructions for this shed aren't good. They are all in pictures, and the addition of a few sentences of instruction here and there would be a welcome improvement. Everything did fit together in the end, although my doors don't close perfectly - there are additional instructions on how to troubleshoot this, but I have yet to do so. My advice is to consider reading through the instructions from start to finish before starting (really) and to make sure the first corner wall piece is aligned perfectly, as everything else builds from that and you can't go back and adjust it later. Also, use the provided wood block for each and every wall insertion into the floor - it's crucial that each one snaps into place - the roof builds on this so problems will compound themselves without a good start. I built this on a flat concrete area, so I didn't need to do any prep in that regard. It took a good 5 hours or so, with help needed on the roofing from another person. Could have gone faster with 2 people throughout.
