Okay here's the deal. I really like the shed and would give it 5 stars. But the directions are a complete mess. It's not intuitive nor is it succinct. I'm an aircraft mechanic and I like things exact not left to you figuring it out on the fly. ( no pun intended )

Parts come in bags for screws, bolts etc., but nothing matches up to the drawings of the directions booklet. The video of the two guys putting it together does nothing to tell how difficult it is to put the panels in the slots of the floor. To be gentle enough to get them in without damage takes extra care and time. The door latch of mine dose not fit correctly in that hits the strike plate in the middle and will not latch unless you weave the doors together.

To be fair I have not contacted customer service to see if there's a resolve. I'm not sure they'll have one.
