separator Product arrived when expected. Upon opening the box marked instruction inside there were no instructions. Opened all boxes but still no instructions. Went to web site downloaded instruction an began checking in all parts. Hardware Parts in boxes did not match instructions for this shed. After calling customer service and talking to agent and checking numbers on all boxes to make sure they matched agent said he did not know what was wrong but he would call me back. I no sooner hung up the phone when he called back and told me there were several manufacturer dates for this shed and depending when it was manufactured there were different instructions. He gave me a list of instruction part numbers to use to find the correct instructions and after going through all of them we found the correct set for this shed. This process only took two hours. The instructions are vague in some areas that need to be more specific, such as why the rafter assembly bolts need to be assembled with the nuts to the outside. My son and I assembled the shed in about 6 hours on a Saturday after pre assembling rafters and door hardware and smaller components on previous days (3hours). Overall we are very happy with the shed and how it assembled. We built this on a platform constructed of 2x6 treated lumber with 3/4 in. treated plywood flooring set on 4x4 posts set in concrete. I cannot stress how important the foundation is to the assembly of this product. The foundation must be level and solid. We did not have to adjust the shed doors after assembly. My only regret is not buying the extension kit. My shed is too small.
