This is a spacious, well-designed and heavy-duty storage shed. Although two persons are recommended to put it together, one can handle it in a week of good weather by taking his/her time and reading directions (as I did). It helps if you lay out all the parts and compare them to the illustrations before assembly; remember, you're dealing with multiple, heavy boxes.
CRITICAL to the entire assembly, however, is that the foundation on which you assemble this kit must be perfectly level and stable. That's why a poured concrete foundation is recommended, though as an old guy (72 yrs. old) I settled for a 4" x 16" semi-solid and solid concrete block over a 2" pea gravel foundation (I can't lift 60 lb. concrete mix bags). This type foundation took me one week to establish, as some hand digging was involved.
The nearly 800 pound kit was delivered in excellent condition, and the truck driver was more than courteous in placing it where I wanted it placed!! By the way, I had already seen one of these sheds already built beforehand, and when it came through storm Sandy without a scratch or leak, I was sold!! My shed now stores two lawn tractors, two generators, a hand lawn mower, a wheelbarrow, a couple of gas cans, a pressure washer........and a bit more, but you get the idea!! Highly recommended for anyone who's not a carpenter......
