Good communication throughout the purchase and shipping process. Three large boxes contain all the parts needed to build your shed. The instructions tell you to make certain that you are building on a level surface. For property tax reasons in my town, I opted not to make a foundation. The build went well despite my choice to build directly on the fairly level lawn. The durable plastic material provides a bit of bend and flex when assembling. It went up well, but I wish the hanging of the optional shutters was a bit easier to correctly line up and hang straight. One other small criticism would be the screws that connect the lower and upper (crest) roof panels need to be a bit larger diameter as the screws provided do not sufficiently thread into the roof to hold the two parts together. It isn't a huge deal, the side screws will hold the roof together but my sense of completeness would have preferred every screw to work in every place. I'd buy it again and have recommended it to both friends and family in the few weeks since building it.
