Shed arrived packed in 3 large cartons; 2 could be lifted by 2 adult men, the third required the pallet jack the driver had (or more adults, I suppose). Having read other reviews prior to ordering it, I was concerned with 1) all correct parts being included, 2) instructions being adequately clear, and 3) being able to assemble parts that are supposed to "snap" together (wall sections to floor sections).
I unpacked all 3 boxes and laid all the parts & hardware bags out in the driveway, grouping like parts together, and inventoried them using the parts list included in the instructions; ALL CORRECT PARTS WERE RECEIVED. I had looked up the instruction manual for this shed online beforehand to get the dimensions for the floor, and built a wood floor using treated 2x4's and 3/4" treated plywood.
For the record, I AM NOT terribly handy. I assembled this shed with the only assistance being from my 11 year old son. On the actual assembly process, I'd say it took the two of us probably 10 hours, and I had maybe an additional 2-3 hours working by myself doing the "pre" steps, like assembling the roof trusses, door hardware, gables. Plus, of course, the time I spent building & leveling the wood floor.
I found the instructions to be VERY adequate, and had no need to refer to the video links for help in any of the steps. However, the need to look at & read each step carefully can't be over stressed. I found the instructions to be well illustrated, which made a big difference in how easy the assembly was.
The snap-in wall section to floor sections were a piece of cake - we had the walls up in no time.
Other reviews stressed how important a LEVEL floor is for assembly of the shed. While this is important, I think maybe more importantly is that the floor be perfectly FLAT. A wood or concrete base is a must; some photos on websites selling this shed show it directly on the ground, I can't imagine that working at all.
A few last observations - at least two people are needed for assembly; there are too many steps that require pressure from the outside to line up holes that must be screwed together from the inside. Judicious use of a rubber mallet made getting the parts together correctly real simple. I'd think three people (who know what they're doing) could put it together in half a day, from start to finish. If you take your time, don't get in a hurry, and read the instructions step-by-step, it went together really nice.
When finished, I COULD NOT be happier with this shed. It looks great. Sheds For Less Direct was the lowest price I was able to find for this shed.
