separator Purchased Lifetime 11'x18.5' shed online via Sheds For Less. Very simple and no issues with the ordering process.
It arrived at my house a couple weeks later via tractor trailer w/lift gate. Freight carrier notified me in advance to schedule delivery. Driver was able to utilize pallet jack to place the (7) large and heavy boxes at my garage door. No issues or damage with delivery. Everything went great.
I have a large climate controlled 2-car garage which allowed to work in the evenings unpacking, sorting and completing as much preassembly work as I possibly could. This process did take some time (1 week) by myself and I did need to dispose of a lot of cardboard/packing materials and large wood pallets. Fortunately I had access to some dumpsters for disposal.
I prepared a level foundation for the shed by excavating and installing several inches of stone base, then built an on-grade pressure treated lumber floor (4"x4", 2"x4" and 3/4" plywood all ground contact rated lumber). I had access to all the equipment needed to complete the work myself with help from my son-in-law. The foundation process took us (2) easy weekends.
Assembly of the shed itself took myself and son-in-law 2 days to complete (Approx 16 hours). Everything went together perfectly with no issues at all. The instructions were very clear and we had no missing items (Even had a little leftover hardware).
My only complaint so far is that the window and door hinge/latch assemblies are a little flimsy. They work, but not as sturdy as I would like or expected.
This was a great investment and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a similar shed solution. It's a great addition to my property and will solve many storage needs. It also looks great.
