The shed came on time and all the parts bags were labeled properly. The first box didn't come with the instructions and perhaps it gets randomly placed in one box. There is no sequence to the box # that would mean you open box 1 to start building the shed. My box 1 did have most of the wall panels. Box 4 had the instructions and was separated from the others that were shrink wrapped on the pallet. Turns out my ABF delivery driver owns one and suggested the roof support for the New England winters as he just delivered 3 new roofs to area residents in NH a week ago. My shed is not fully assembled yet but I've gone through the entire set of boxes and assembled roof trusses, doors and everything I could to save time when taking a day off to fully assemble.

Concerns: The shed is advertised by the manufacturer as an 11 x 11 shed. It is not even close to 11 x 11. When you read the pdf manual online and look at the specs it tells you the floor width online as 123.5 x 123.5. They list the Footprint as 124.5 x 124.5. My black floor panels when assembled on my garage floor measured 124.25 x 123.5. I guess I expected a footprint that was 11 x 11 as advertised. The whole goal for me was to go as big as possible Sq ft wise without having to get a permit through my town for the shed. I could have gotten 11x13 when you look at those 'actual' dimensions.

I am sure the shed will do the job and so far seems solid and easy to put together.
