separator This is a very good product for the money. I wasn't too sure about the strength of the shed when I opened the box, however once assembled it is a solid structure. I built a sub floor out of treated 2x6's and 3/4" plywood. The instructions say to build your subfloor at 121" however this leaves one inch exposed on each side which I covered with some inexpensive flashing from my local hardware store. The cons to the unit were 1) cheap screws that strip out along the threads when trying to install 70% of the time (I had some self tapping metal screws with washers that worked great) 2) the water sealant tape for the roof is paper thin, literally like the foil off a gum wrapper (I purchased a roll of roofing sealant tape and it worked great). Other than the screws and the sealant tape it is a great unit. The instructions could be quite a bit easier to follow but with time spent reading certain sections over and over again I eventually made sense of them. It is a two person project 90% of the way through it, no way around this. As a gauge, I have 20 years construction experience and it took me about 3 days to complete the project.
