Kit arrived quickly in two boxes. It was exactly the footprint dimensions I needed, although I wish it was a bit taller. I was able to wrestle the kit to where I needed them before opening without much problem.

I was able to assemble using only a cordless variable speed drill and a phillips head chuck. The instructions are pictures only. But I was able to assemble alone in about two hours, It all went well except the doors. They are not cut right to fit snug ( they are a bit ajar & I use a bungie through the handles to keep them shut). To get them to fit correctly into the frame I am going to have to lathe the top & bottom (maybe) of the door. I already had to remove the pre-assembled threshold/door frame and adjust a little. The wood is pretty but will split, splinter or break if you are not gentle..it is quite thin!! Do not believe this shed is anything but a very light-weight (flimsy/wobbly) shed for minimal storage. It will adequately meet my need of storing garden tools/equipment (my biggest rake won't fit). I installed the shed against a cinder block wall...not sure how durable it would be as a stand-alone.

PROS: Looks nice, relatively easy to assemble, adequate for the lightest of storage. The shelves are a nice touch. Price reasonable..

CONS: Installing doors a bit frustrating and they do not close completely. Very flimsy, easy to break, split or splinter pieces...not just during installation but also while using.
