separator So far so good, the building looks great. My carpenter has had no trouble putting it together. Once the concrete pad was poured and dried...it was ready for the building. Just a little bit of the roofing is remaining to be added. Then the man door we purchased from Home Depot and a few windows from HD at 120.00 each and a new paint job and most of the exterior of the building is completed and is very impressive indeed. From start to finish less than a week including the concrete pad.

I plan to use a special flooring from Northern Green Technologies with a moisture barrier. These mats are recovered and remanufactured from rubber tires. We figured 12 4x6 mats at 3/4 inches thick and weighing 90 lbs each at about $40.00 a pop puts an incredible floor in for right around 420.00 picked up at main distribution points or shipped for additional cost.
