It came in great condition. All the parts were there. In a few instances the directions were fuzzy but not a big deal that anyone with common sense could not solve. It went together perfectly. The key is a flat surface and an AWL for lining up holes. Don't overtighten screws as that crushes the washers, so set your gun at minimum torque if you use one. It is designed for putting together with access to all four sides, BUT people buying it want to use it up against a building. You have to assemble offsite and move into position when done. Instructions are not good if you are assembling against a wall.
If you have any old expandable garden hose fabric, use it attached to the base screws as handles, works great when moving. One man and two women moved mine.
It is rock solid attached to building with ss fasteners, in my hurricane prone region. Finding the right wood flooring was a problem because of shortages but 1/2 inch doubled plywood solved that problem, ripped lengthwise and 2nd layer installed at finish. GREAT PRODUCT. Would buy again.
