This was more than a purchase, it was an investment in my landscaping. I built a green house and installed a patched flower garden last year, this was phase 2 of the project.
I really liked the two doors and wanted something we would not grow out of. With storage for riding mower grill etc and more easily this fit the bill. After installing a level 20 x 10 gravel pad i personally built it part time over the course of 11 days. I can look back now and say it was easy, but while doing it I had to get organized quickly.
First off the manual has some pre assembly sections which are good. And you have to organize all your parts. Don't lay it all on the ground. I sorted my parts in the garage and moved the parts I needed for the portion I was assembling that day so nothing got lost. I needed help to lift the heavy roof beams up and screw in. I used my yard waste cans and poles to hold up the walls so the wind wouldn't blow them down when unattended. Luckily we had a dry spell so no rain.
When i was done absolutely no parts were left over. I had to buy an extra package at the hardware store of one screw as I dropped a few in the gravel couldn't find and didn't wan to run out .
Even the flooring was cut exactly as the diagram asked for in the manual.. I had Home Depot cut he 3/4 weather plywood as needed on hire machine for free . That saved me a ton of time I gave the guy a nice tip !! IT ABSOLUTELY FIT LIKE A GLOVE !!
So I am very well satisfied , the skylights are great and I have moved my BBQ grill into it and it will serve as a grilling station. I will build a small elevated deck off the side door with two steps facing the front .
Everyone says my yard looks like my own personal paradise !! I agree those were my exact intentions.
Thats why I considered it a great investment !!
