First the price was very competitive and delivery was to the front door of the house (included in the price). We live in Corpus Christi TX which just had the pleasure of Harvey blow through. The shed is reported to be rated to 115 MPH winds. Other than one panel popping out of the channel (which was easy to push back in), no other issues.

The one issue with the instructions is you have to be VERY CAREFUL to look at the pieces and the diagrams. AND I MEAN VERY CAREFUL to inspect the drawings. ESPECIALLY with the roof cross braces/joists. We had to drill holes because we had assembled a couple of the braces with the pieces backwards or upside down.

I used 4x4 time with 2x4 joists with 3/4 exterior plywood cover for the foundation of the shed - worked just fine.

My son and I had the whole thing built in a day. The heat in Corpus Christ was the biggest issue.
