separator Shed was delivered undamaged and on time. I built the shed by myself. I have moderate construction experience. I laid out all the pieces by length and type. It took 3 days to build the shed. The walls and trusses require a second person for a few hours, but it is a manageable solo builder project. All of the pieces were cut to proper length, none of the boards were warped or wet, and the hardware was top notch. I was not missing any pieces or hardware.

I am very happy with this product and it looks exactly like the images online. My only recommendation is to cross brace the loft OSB boards at the seams and every 2 feet. Under heavy load, they can bend quite a bit. Requires 2-3 2x4's to do but worth the peace of mind.
