separator This rack has a very poor design for holding most long-handled tools. You can see from the image that the shovel only fits when the rack is installed against the back wall on a high gambrel shed. Since I installed a workbench kit there, I had to install it on a side wall, and only short shovels would fit (hung by the handle instead of the blade) since the eaves come down to the top of the wall. (The same is true on the back wall for a low-roofed shed). I had hoped to clear the ong-handled tools from my garage. The rack is useful enough, but I would not have ordered it if I knew its limitations.
