I recently purchased and assembled this shed. Overall the kit is excellent. Parts are of good quality and i like the finish on the panels. I wouldn't call the project difficult, but it is very time consuming. The nylon washers for the exterior bolts and screws took over an hour to separate (came on stamped sheets). It took me about 4 hours to open packages and inventory all pieces. They have a nice parts list to make sure you have everything before you start. I ended up with too many of one piece and not enough of another, but the company had no problem sending out the new part. I did have one question about the instructions and the same person answered it quickly. Good customer service (Arrow). I would recommend assembling the as much as you can before getting started on the actual build. It takes awhile to assembly the two trusses, 15 or so roof supports and 5 wall supports. Not hard, just tedious and time consuming. Actual building goes up and can be done in a weekend if sub-assemblies are already done. Cannot stress enough to brace walls as you go. Very easy to fall over or blow down! Don't worry about how flimsy everything is while assembling... it is VERY sturdy when finally all together. Directions are not bad. As with any project, the instructions are great sometimes and lacking at others. I could not do many of the steps by myself. You will need at least one helper. Overall awesome, but time consuming. As for the wall panels, i recommend loosely mounting 3 or 4 panels on the wall at a time and making sure all the holes line up, then continue on. We had to back-track on a few. You will need to pull and stress panels to line up holes sometimes. I love the building and if i needed another one i would definitely or the same kit! Dan
