I bought this shed to replace the same model just the 8x10 size. I installed that one 20 years ago and till the day I tore it down it never leaked. Only surface rust and the boards right behind the doors were half rotted. I swore 20 years ago I would never put another one of those together again. It is a pain. There a ton of screws, bolts, nuts, washers and the directions are very vague in some things.
Well after pricing other type of sheds wood, aluminum, steel and the totals were 3 times as much as another Arrow. Here I am again 20 years older putting another one together. It took me one day to tear down the old one. A few friends and I dropped a palm tree that grew behind the old one. Then I leveled the area the best I could. I built the floor kit and installed 3/4 pressure treated wood. Also pre built the beams for the roof and set aside. Not to bad for one day. I slept like a dream that night.
Day 2 my friend helped me with the frame & walls. We got 3/4 the way done and noticed 2 sections of wall were missing from my sealed box. Of course this is late on a Sunday so Arrow was closed for the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they apologized and said they would ground ship me the 2 missing wall sections. I thought they would have shipped them that day or at least first thing Tuesday. I called on Wednesday to get a tracking number. I was told they will be going out late on Wednesday. The half built shed would have to wait another 10 days till the next weekend after they arrived to be finished. This thing is very flimsy until its all bolted together. We braced the walls the best we could and hoped for the best.
The pieces arrived and the following weekend we started first thing Saturday and worked till sun down. We got the last wall finished and the entire roof done. The next day all I had to do was install the protective edging and strap it down to the ground. Then reinstall my shelves and my items I store inside. So I would say it would take 2 people 2- 2 1/2 full days from start to finish.
It is a lot of work and the instructions could be better. But for the size shed and the longevity of the unit its a Great value. The pieces are very thin and you will think this thing is made out of crap materials. But once it starts coming together you will be amazed on how solid it becomes. When its all done and attached to the ground its solid as a house.
Also Sheds For Less prices are the best around. I paid about the same price for the smaller one here locally 20 years ago.
