Product is good. Interacting with the Sheds-For-Less Staff was very positive. The time it took for delivery of the shed the first time was longer than I anticipated - almost three weeks. The product delivered only to drop off at the front curb - not put in the backyard. Way too heavy for me to move the whole package. Also had to refuse delivery because the panels on both the shed and the roof support system were all bent. It took another two weeks for delivery of the replacements. Again, the roof support system was bent and we had to refuse delivery. On the third try we finally got a product that we could put up. The instructions for putting up the shed are pretty vague and you have to use an analytic eye to match the words with the pictures. It might be beneficial if they built a u-tube video that could be referred to. We got the roof support system to add to the shed and there was no indication that we would have to drill holes into the shed to make it work. It was quite tricky with the poor directions but we did get it done. The roof support system truly enhances the roof significantly. I am happy with the shed but it was a little painful of a process getting to a completed project. The staff at Sheds-for-Less were very helpful at each stage. It was mostly the delivery service that gave us problems and poor building directions.
