The product itself works as advertised. A handful of the plastic pieces arrived broken and will need to be replaced before I can finish assembling. A few of the metal pieces were bent or dented but it did not stop me from being able to assemble. There are 66 steps in the directions. The booklet is about 1/4 thick. They are not the hardest directions to understand but are by no means the easiest. Some extra detailed pictures would help out greatly. Took about 7 hours to get 85% complete.
