set this up and sunk concrete anchors into the dirt where the metal wire is supposed to attach to the ground the keep it down. The auger stakes it came with are not gonna hold up to very much. Not an issue if you are installing it onto a deck, which I would say is the preferred method for this model. We have had it set up for about a week now and its stood up to 20 mph gusts no problem. Based on the way its built and how we staked it down, I could see a panel blowing out in a 40 - 50 mph gust but the frame isn't going anywhere. Keep in mind - you should be a confident builder if you are going to take on this project. It is not an easy build by any means. DO NOT attempt to begin the build if the winds are forecasted to be over 10 mph for at least 4 days. At certain phases of the construction if the wind kicked up ours would have ended up a pile of scrap. you need to know what your getting your self into building this thing. it's not ikea furniture - It took me and my partner 4 solid work days to complete. but if you do it right, the finished product is great. You will need to tweak a few things, but I see it holding up for years. Also you are going to need the Palram automatic vent openers. This thing turns into an oven the second the sun hits it.
