We placed our order on 03/20/15.It arrived 10 days later all he way from Utah to Mi.The trucker was courteous enough to deliver it right into my garage.The delivery time was scheduled prior to meet my convenience.And free shipping.I checked on walmart,Sams club and other website before ordering here.There were all 250 dollars more.I was unsure at first but after reading the good reviews I gave it a try.A few days after placing the order,I was a bit nervous cause they wasn't any update to my order and when no one answered when I called the 1800 number.It got me more frantic.Luckily,somebody answered me back finally,explained the procedure and calmed me down.
The playset arrived 10 days later.The assembly was a breeze.Just like any Ikea product or furniture products.My wife and I got it done easily.The product is very sturdy and safe.The set don't even shift when I played on it(170 lbs man).So you can imagine.
Overall,a very good product.It is durable,safe and less hassle to assemble.I look around in my sub division to see all other wooden play set compromised by the weather.Makes me a proud owner.We adults got carried away by assembling it in 30 degree weather in March in Mi.
