When I called, I was given the information I needed and our swing set came on time, and in great condition. The Lifetime swing set is a good product, very sturdy. Three people can swing at the same time without feeling the swing set is going to fall over. We do really enjoy this swing set. Sheds for Less has the best price for this swing set, and free shipping, it is a great deal.
