DELIVERY
-Was fast considering the size and weight of the delivery. Item was packed perfectly in a pallet. Delivery driver was helpful moving it from the truck to my driveway.

INSTALL
-Took about 4 hours on my own. Definitely would be easier with two people but doable with one. Directions were clear, labeled and all the parts were there. Only issue I had...one of the bolts sheared off in the nut but lifetime was fast and responsive to send me a new one for free. Must have been a factory defect.

RESULT
For the price, features and quality...I don't think you can beat this. Materials are solid and if you are looking for a non-wood swing set that your family can use for years to come, this is it.
