I'm very pleased with this product although I wasn't so happy with the delivery. They did not follow any of our instructions or even their own guidelines. We received no notice of delivery, they did not put it where we had requested it be placed, the driver called five minutes before he arrived, received no answer and then just dropped it in the driveway. I was not impressed.
However the swingset itself is excellent. It is not difficult to assemble if you take your time and follow the instructions carefully. It took two of us about 4 hours and we were not working at a crazy pace. A really resourceful and strong person could do it alone, but that 2nd person really makes a difference.The instructions were actually very well done, the best instructions I have ever seen for a home assembly product. The fasteners were even labeled in great detail so you knew exactly which screw, bolt and nut went where. I was extremely impressed by that. Just one tip though, be sure you have it exactly where you want the final product to be because moving it after it is assembled takes at least four people. It is extremely sturdy and well-made and I expect that it will last longer than I will!
