This playset rocks! Very sturdy construction and good looking. Excellent assembly directions. Everything was included plus some extra screws and fasteners. I had to use a drill to re-size just a couple of holes that didn't quite line up, but not a big issue. The most difficult part of the installation was getting the rope ladder stretched over the hooks at the top. Took a lot of effort but we finally got it.

It took me a full day (~6-8 hours) to assemble it by myself with minimal help needed from my wife. Not bad at all.

The construction is very sturdy and of high quality. I'm 6'4 280# and the swings and fort have no problem supporting my weight... so it passes the 'big guy test' with flying colors.

I can't say enough how satisfied I am with this playset. My kids are exstatic as well!

It also shipped fast... was at our local freight depot within 5 days and I picked it up from them with my pickup rather than waiting another few days for delivery. The unit was packaged very well, coming wrapped and crated one large wood pallet.
