separator Playset was shipped packaged quite well in a crate. Shipping was very fast arriving At my home on the day promised. All of the parts required for assembly were included. Playset looks great and my granddaughter loves it. It took only a couple days to assemble and I assembled it myself however two people would have made it a lot easier. Only complaint was the parts except for the hardware bags are not labeled so you really have to pay close attention to the pictures in the instruction booklet. All said and done great place to purchase a playset.
