I really like the shed only it was difficult to build. However the process in getting it to my house was terrible. The advertising for the shed is great which is what caught my eye. The fact that the price you see is the price you pay is what sold me on it!! To me that was the best part. I was very happy knowing that i was certain of the amount that i was paying which is helpful for me in my monthly budgeting for my family. However.....after paying for it, i honestly believed that i would receive my shed in 10 business days as promised, but it was a month before i actually got the thing! First the one that i had ordered was on back order so there was a delay, then with the trucking company that was delivering was horrible!! Absolutely horrible!! I will say that the customer service team was excellent. When the trucking company was delaying my delivery even longer costing me more money, they were able to help me by getting it done in a timely fashion and communicated with me with the utmost respect. I like that because I'm big on customer service. The trucking company made me so angry that i yelled at the manager and had to put him in his place. If it weren't for the great customer service from your company, i would have made a big complaint on the trucking company. Thank you very much for helping me through that irritating time!!
