First off received only 6 of the seven boxes. Called customer service and they sent out a replacement, but it was the wrong box. Make sure you receive 1/5 to 5/5 and two extension boxes. Called customer service again and was shipped the correct box. But boy did all this waiting set us back on our backyard revamp. Customer service was great and things were remedied, it was just the waiting,,,, Installation is challenging, even for the husband that can fix anything. Starting with the floor. We thought in the heat the floor panels had expanded because they JUST WOULDN'T FIT!!! But rest assured, walk away, take a deep breath and attack from a different angle. They will go together. We also were missing some hardware which they were quick to replace for free. There was a lot of take it apart and redo because errors become clear as you progress. But in the end you end up with a great product that will last years. My friend has had hers for 20 years. It looks great!!
